Kindergarten students studied artist Louise Nevelson. They created assemblage sculptures using upcycled materials.
The sculptures were spray painted and displayed as a group project

Upcycled t-shirt scrap weavings. 5th and 6th grade students made beds for animals at the local animal shelter
PTA parents helped locate donated t-shirts and cut them in strips to be upcycled into beds for cats and dogs
